Statistics: Russia’s annual inflation slows to 4.1% in April

MOSCOW, May 5 (PRIME) -- Russia’s annual inflation slowed to 4.1% in April from 4.3% in March, the Federal State Statistics Service said on Friday.

In monthly terms, inflation accelerated to 0.3% in April from 0.1% in March.

In 2016, inflation stood at 0.4% in monthly terms in April.

Food prices grew 0.6% on the month in April and non-food prices increased 0.2%.
